Petrified Forest National Park Changes to Summer Hours

Petrified Forest, AZ – Petrified Forest National Park will change to summer hours on May 14 announced Park Superintendent Lee Baiza. The park will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time daily. These hours will be in effect through September 4, 2006. The Painted Desert Visitor Center and the Rainbow Forest Museum hours are the same as the park hours.
