The North Country National Scenic Trail crosses seven northern states. It begins in New York and ends in North Dakota. This map shows the general location of the trail. Did You Know?
The eastern most point of the North Country National Scenic Trail is located at Crown Point State Historic Site in New York. Crown Point was a French, then a British fort. It was the setting for several novels by Kenneth Roberts including Northwest Passage and Rabble in Arms.
