Be a Junior Ranger at Nicodemus National Historic Site

 

Kids ages 4 – 15 are welcome to participate in the Junior Ranger program while learning about Nicodemus National Historic Site. Upon completion, they would receive a Certificate and a Junior Ranger Badge.

 

Be a National Park Service WebRanger!

Kids of all ages can become a WebRanger. The National Park Service has created a special place on the internet for all kids to learn about our nation’s heritage while having fun and learning about our National Parks, Monuments, and Historic Sites.

 

Enter the Junior Ranger essay contest

National Park Service and National Park Foundation invite kids to express their interest in environmental issues. Kids between the ages of 9 and 12 can enter the Junior Ranger essay contest. Each person must express his or her thoughts on "What can you do now to turn over a new leaf for the environment and help preserve our national parks?" For more information on guidelines
