Manzanar National Historic Site Recruiting Youth Conservation Corps Members
Manzanar National Historic Site will sponser an 8-week long Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) program this summer. Youths 15 to 18 are encouraged to apply. All applications must be submitted by May 25, 2012.

Did You Know?

Eight guard towers were built around the perimeter of the camp. They were staffed by Military Police with submachine guns. In 2005 the National Park Service rebuilt one of the guard towers.
