The instructor of the Producing
NPS Publications class was superb. He knew his audience and his
stuff. Nice balance of talking and hands-on doing. I feel like I
can go home and really make things happen. It was really valuable
to have all the HFC folks. All the handouts and the binder reference
books were perfect.
