The Office of Human Resources provides a full spectrum of personnel management services to Harpers Ferry Center. These services include the administration of each program function as well as providing advisory and counseling services to employees and managers. Programs activities include: staffing and recruitment, position management and classification; employee-employer relations; employee welfare programs and benefits; performance management; employee development; and incentive awards. The Office also provides ethics guidance on outside work interests, outside employment, public speaking, writing, operating a business, and other issues relevant to the employee responsibilities and conduct regulations.
