2.3.2 CAD & Electronic File Transfer

• If the Contractor requests the original AutoCAD and Word specification files for their use, complete the CAD and Electronic File Transfer Terms and Conditions template and send to the Contractor for a signature.
• When the template is signed by the Contractor and returned, coordinate transfer of files to the Contractor.
