Doug Curtis received an A.A. (1974)
degree in Forestry from Allegany College in Cumberland, MD,
and an M.S. (1994) degree in Civil Engineering Water Resources
from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. Doug
coordinates the Air and Water Resources Program at the Center
for Urban Ecology (CUE) for the management and protection
of water resources in the parks within the National Capital
Region (NRC). He supports the application of water and environmental
engineering methods to protect and restore aquatic habitats.
