Add/Edit SEO Reporting Group Security Permissions

CommonSpot gives you flexible options for managing permissions for a SEO Reporting Group within your site.

Use this dialog to set, view, or change permissions for keyword reporting groups used at your site. This is part of the dialog chain for assigning user or group rights for SEO keyword Reporting Groups. This dialog displays in edit mode for existing users or groups when you click the edit icon in SEO Reporting Groups.

Pick from the following permissions.

Administer SEO Reporting Group: Administer the group and assign rights. Users with these rights automatically have all other rights.

Assign SEO Keywords: Assign SEO keywords to a page. See the description of SEO keywords for Create New Page in the Contributor's Reference. Checking this option does not automatically grant any other rights.

Manage SEO Keywords: Manage (add, edit and delete) SEO keywords for this reporting group. This option automatically grants rights to assign SEO keywords and view SEO reports.

Manage SEO Rules: Manage (add, edit and delete) the SEO rules for this reporting group. This option automatically grants rights to view SEO reports.

View SEO Reports: View SEO rankings and reports for this reporting group. Checking this option does not automatically grant any other rights.

Click Save to complete permission assignment or Cancel to exit without saving.
