Fire Restrictions in effect
Smoking is prohibited except within an enclosed vehicle. Charcoal fires are permitted only in provided grills in the campground and picnic areas. No wood fires. Gas stoves are permitted only in campground and picnic areas. All fireworks are prohibited.

Be Our Guest at Colorado National Monument for In honor of our nation’s Veterans, Colorado National Monument cordially invites everyone to be our guest on Veteran’s Day, Thursday, November 11. Entrance fees will be waived for all visitors. Free admission on Veterans Day is one of the 15 fee-free days the National Park System has offered visitors throughout this year. Veterans Day is dedicated to those who have protected this nation and its people, in years past and through present times. In appreciation of our veteran’s noble sacrifice and service to their country, all veterans of any era and all military personnel and their families who visit Colorado National Monument on Veterans Day will receive a 20% discounts on all items in the Colorado National Monument Association bookstore located at the visitor center.
