For Teachers
|
Ranger-led curriculum-based programs are offered year round to school groups and other youth groups at Antietam Battlefield's Mumma Farm Education Center. These programs are free, but must be reserved in advance. Please Note: You may visit the battlefield on your own with your students, but all available slots for ranger-led programs have been reserved for the spring and summer of 2013. We cannot accept any more reservations. Please check back with us in the fall to reserve a program. For more information on planning your field trip, please visit http://www.nps.gov/anti/forteachers/planafieldtrip.htm. Also available on-line: downloadable curriculum materials to enhance classroom learning and teacher packets with pre- and post-visit activities to help prepare students for their on-site visit. |
