Native Plant Landscape Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in working outside in beautiful Zion National Park? We are seeking dedicated and reliable volunteers to assist with ongoing projects to protect and improve the park’s native plant landscape.

Opportunities exist for individuals and groups of all ages, who don’t mind getting a little dirt under their fingernails.

Projects include:
-Removal of non-native plant species from various park areas.

-General landscape work around the visitor center and campgrounds, including raking leaves, distributing mulch, watering plants, and clearing irrigation ditches.

Please contact Zion’s Volunteer Coordinator at 435-772-0184 at least two weeks in advance to schedule. Park housing is not available for these positions.
