On Thursday, August 25, 2016, Yellowstone National Park and its partners hosted a special Centennial event in Gardiner, Montana to kick off the second century of the National Park Service, highlight the importance of public/private partnerships, and recognize the completion of the Gardiner Gateway Project (Phase One). The event featured an exciting lineup of speakers and performers, and was enjoyed by nearly 50,000 people both live in Arch Park and via online broadcasts. Due to copyright restrictions, the event cannot be replayed, but a collection of images documenting the National Park Service Centennial celebrations in Yellowstone is available on our Flickr site.
