The Valley Forge Park Interpretive Association promotes historical, scientific, educational, and interpretive activities of the National Park Service at Valley Forge National Historical Park. The Association operates a store in the park visitor center and donates sales revenue to the National Park Service. In June, 1999, the store expanded not only in size, but in items offered. Today the visitor center boasts the largest selection of Revolutionary War publications in print, as well as reproduction and souvenir items that contain the all-important interpretive message. This expansion benefited not only the park visitor, but has also led to a significant increase in the support the Association can provide to the park.
