Teachers: do you and your students have questions for the rangers of Cuyahoga Valley National Park? Invite us to virtually visit your class and get some answers.
The "Ask a Ranger" program provides an opportunity for your students to interact with a ranger through a live videoconference session.
Have your students prepare questions in advance on such topics as Cuyahoga Valley ecology, geology, human history, life and work in the national park, etc. Then spend time with a ranger discussing the answers to the questions.
We will reserve an hour-long time block for your class. We will conduct a brief test call before the virtual visit begins. The videoconference itself can be between 15 and 45 minutes long, as desired. All reservations begin and end within the hour reserved.
