The USPP practice Diversity and Inclusion and beleive that all workers are treated fairly. We offer mentoring within our agency, do community outreach, have three explorer posts, etc.

Community outreach is important to the U.S. Park Police. In each field office we have an Explorers Post. We work hard and to keep good ties in the community.
