July Monthly Themes

July 2022 Monthly Theme: America at 250: Advance Equality and Justice for All

We will invite the public and our partners to engage around a key National Park Service goal for the upcoming commemoration of America's 250th anniversary: expanding understanding of the American people’s extraordinary diversity and exploring how the full, aspirational promise of this nation has been denied to many because of who they are. And to understand that resiliency, peaceful protests, and patriotism are embedded in the history and fabric of our country, and recognize and celebrate that our economic, political, spiritual, and cultural vibrancy comes from our diversity.
