Solicitation for the Award of a Concession Contract to Provide Guided Livery Service at Moraine Park Stables and at Glacier Creek Stables within Rocky Mountain National Park
The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to provide seasonal operation of guided livery service within Rocky Mountain National Park. The prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. The Director has determined that the existing concessioner is not a preferred offeror for the contract.

NPS will host a site visit for parties interested in bidding on this opportunity on May 9, 2018. The site visit will provide an overview of the concession operation, along with a tour of the concession facilities associated with the draft contract. NPS intends to transport all participants in the site visit to and from the two stable locations within the park. Therefore, attendance requires a mandatory RSVP to receive the specific information on when and where to meet for the site visit. There will be a limit of three people per interested party. Anyone desiring to attend the site visit must send an email to Rocky Mountain National Park Commercial Services Specialist, Kirsten Moody, no later than 4:00PM MDT on May 2, 2018. All RSVP emails must include your name, email address, phone number, and the name of the organization or interested party being represented.
