Glen Canyon National Recreation Area

Solicitation To Provide Fuel, Retail, Food & Beverage, RV Park, Campground, Showers, UTV and ATV Guided Tours and Rentals Within the Hite Area of Glen Canyon National Recreational Area

The National Park Service (NPS) releases the Prospectus to solicit proposals for the award of a Concession Contract to provide Fuel, Retail, Food & Beverage, RV Park, Campground, Showers, UTV and ATV Guided Tours and Rentals within the Hite area of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The effective date of the next Concession Contract is September 1, 2022.

The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Prospectus will soon be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm.

Questions Due

If you do not understand something in this Prospectus, you must submit your questions via email to Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, at [e-mail] no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 11, 2022. The questions must be in a format that allows the Service to copy the questions to Microsoft Word.

Intent to Propose

If you plan to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, you must notify Jennifer Parker via email at [e-mail] no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 15, 2022. The Service will not accept proposals from entities that do not provide notice on or before that date.

Proposals Due

Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Commercial Services Program Lead, National Park Service Regional Office Serving Regions 6, 7, & 8, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on July 6, 2022, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract.
