To the east of the building is a parking area for oversized vehicles and a small picnic area with three covered picnic tables. <br /><br />Most of the building is one story high and 15 feet tall, but on the southwest corner of the building is a second story tower that measures 15 feet by 15 feet and is about 15 feet taller than the rest of the building. Below the second story tower, on the first flor of the building, is a large 8 foot wide by 5 foot tall picture window. Just to the east of the picture window is a triangular-shaped archway portico entrance and a 40 inch wide by 80 inch tall wooden door. East of the triangular entrance archway are 7 windows. Each is 8 feet above ground level and measures 5 feet wide by 2 feet tall. Each of these windows is separated by about 36 inches and covered with a decorative brick lattice work. In front of the building is a grassy lawn. A sidewalk leads on an east/west axis about 4 feet in front of the south side of the building. In between the sidewalk and the building, the ground is landscaped with smooth river rocks, with native plants scattered throughout. A 36 foot long and 15 foot wide concrete sidewalk leads from the parking lot to the entrance portico which is enclosed in brick and located on the east end of the south side of the building. The portico is about 15 feet wide and 6 feet deep, and terminates at a set of brown steel double doors, each with 42 inch tall by 23 inch wide windows, that leads into the building. On each side of the doors is an additional 15 inch wide by 44 inch tall window. <br /><br />Inside the entrance doors, an information desk that is 12 feet wide and 2 feet deep, is 9 feet straight ahead in a lobby area. Just west of the lobby is the cooperating association bookstore; a sales area filled with apparel, books, and souvenirs. Twenty feet southwest of the entrance doors is a short hallway that is 20 feet long and 5 feet wide. At the northern terminus of this hallway is another hallway. Fifteen feet due east is a wooden door that leads into the men's room. The ladies room is accessed by a wooden door 15 feet north of the men's room door.  From the restroom area, a hallway heads west for 96 feet. Forty feet west of the restroom area, there is a door on the north side of the hallway that leads into a 30 foot by 25 foot multi-purpose room and theater. Continuing down this hallway will lead to two exhibit rooms. <br /><br />From the entrance portico, a sidewalk leads east 10 feet, then turns to the north where it travels 60 feet to the entrance to a unisex bathroom accessed by a steel door, painted brown on the east side of the building.<br /><br />End of description.
