Male | Born 2012 | Alive
First caught in March 2015, this large male dominates a portion or all of the of the Santa Susana Mountains. His lineage is currently unknown, but it is thought that he fathered at least 4 different litters we have documented. In the summer of 2015, GPS tracking showed that he was hot on the tracks of P-32, who successfully crossed the 101 freeway northward. Typical of adult male lions, P-38 was protecting his range.
