Graphic Design Intern

Introduction

Located adjacent to the city of Los Angeles, the second largest urban area in the United States, Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SMMNRA) encompasses more than 150,000 acres of mountains and coastline in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. This protected area is one of only five Mediterranean ecosystems within the world and contains a rich biological diversity of more than 450 animal species and 26 distinct plant communities. SMMNRA is a unit of the National Park Service and is comprised of a network of local, state, and federal parks interwoven with private lands and surrounded by urban communities.
