The sculpture and grounds tour focuses on the life and artwork of Augustus Saint-Gaudens and his contribution to American sculpture as well as the process of creating sculpture, facilitated with an inquiry-based approach. One hour in length.

Additionally, a visit with the Sculptor-in-Residence, who demonstrates techniques used by Saint-Gaudens, may enrich the student's experience. As a supplemental activity for specific lesson plans and curriculum, a hands-on mini-workshop may be arranged with the sculptor, where students can create a relief sculpture. Maximum group size is 15. Forty-five minutes in length. If desired, please request when scheduling.
