  Learn how to coose and use binoculars and field guides, how to identify birds, which birds are year-round residents and which are migratory visitors, and how to record bird data on eBird for scientific research use. Borrow binoculars from the center or bring your own. Birders ages 6 and up can finish the morning with a boat ride on Bayou Lafourche to practice their new skills.
