Fort Larned is hosting a naturalization ceremony for the U.S. District Court out of Wichita, Kansas. The public is invited to attend as we help about 40 applicants for U.S. citizenship celebrate their final step in the citizenship process: taking the oath of citizenship.
The program will be taking place in the historic Quartermaster Warehouse, which will be decked out with 19th century patriotic decorations like bunting and a 37 star American flag. Cake and cold drinks will be served after the ceremony to welcome the new citizens.
