Harbor Seal Protection Measures
An annual closure of Drakes Estero & other areas is implemented from March 1 to June 30 to protect harbor seals during their pupping season.
Snowy Plover Protection Measures
To better protect nesting snowy plovers, parts of the Point Reyes Beach (weekends) and Limantour Beach (daily) are closed through Labor Day.
