Follow the Path to Learning - Letterbox!

Letterboxing is an outdoor hobby that combines elements of orienteering and puzzle solving. Prince William Forest Park has created its own letterboxing course for kids close to the visitor center. Print out the booklets below or bring them to the park or stop by the visitor center and ask a ranger for a booklet.

Use the letterboxing booklets (PDF) to follow the clues to a small, weatherproof box containing a logbook and a rubber stamp.

Letterboxing Booklet 1: Piedmont Forest

Letterboxing Booklet 2: Laurel Loop Trail
