Description

Become a Riverway Junior Ranger!  Kids of all ages can attend ranger programs on Saturdays throughout the summer and earn their Riverway Junior Ranger badge.

  • Programs last 30-40 minutes.
  • Topics may include fishing, water quality, dragonflies, etc.
  • River safety activities are conducted at every Junior Ranger program!
  • Programs are offered on demand from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Bring home a Junior Ranger booklet for more activities and options to earn rewards!

Participants should be prepared for outdoor activities.  Bring insect repellent, sunscreen, appropriate shoes, and hats.

Large groups (10 or more) should call the visitor center ahead of time at 715-483-2274 to ensure ranger availability.
