Description
Join the Civil War Defenses of Washington and the Tenleytown Historical Society at Fort Reno Park.
The guided-tour will explore the historic landscape on the grounds where the largest fortification north of the Potomac River once stood during the American Civil War. The program will also include a discussion about the post-war Reno City community, urban development, and the establishment of Fort Reno Park.
