Evening Program in campground amphitheater begins at 9:30 p.m. Star Party starts in the Caves area parking lot after sunset and continues through the evening.
Description
Join Experts from the Idaho Falls Astronomical Society to experience the universe in this International Dark Sky Park. The evenings kick off with a special presentation in the campground amphitheater followed by telescope viewing in the Caves Area parking area. Dress warmly and bring flashlights. Red lights are preferred for optimal dark sky viewing. Star Parties occur on the nights of June 28, June 29, August 2, and August 3.
