Enjoy a ~1.5 hour yoga walking meditation in the woods and fields as you pause for instruction that incorporates elements of the natural environment.
1.) We meet at 10:15 at the kiosk in the parking lot. We will walk from 10:30 - noon.
2.) Bring your own water & a light blanket for the final relaxation
