The Pamunkey Indian Museum and Cultural Center is in King William, Virginia and teaches visitors about the history, culture, and stories of the Pamunkey Indian Tribe. The center is located on the Pamunkey Indian Reservation and explores the history of the tribe, with information dating back to 12,000 years ago all the way to the present. Original artifacts and historic replicas are used in tandem with exhibits and guided tours to explore the way of life of the Pamunkey during specific eras of history.
The museum hosts a gift shop and is open seasonally from April to November. Please visit the museum’s Facebook page or Google listing for the most up-to-date information regarding public operating hours.
