Park rangers lead tours of the Au Sable Lighthouse Wednesday through Sunday from mid-June until the end of September. Each tour lasts about 30 minutes. Tours are offered at 11:00, 12:00, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30. Meet at the lighthouse.
Fee is $5 per person for ages 6 and up (exact fee is required/no change available). The walk to the lighthouse from the parking area at Hurricane River is 1.5 miles, and generally takes about 30 minutes.
Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed to be carried up the tower.
