National Historical Park
Historical Studies San Juan Island National historical Park Christine Avery, University of Washington David Louter, Ph.D., National Park Service, Seattle This history is studying the changing relationship between humans and nature through time at San Juan Island National Historical Park. The goal of the pro-ject is to produce a historical narrative that provides the context for environmental change in the park and surrounding landscape. The study will aid in park management by bringing a fresh perspective to the history of the park and by yielding insights into the condition of park resources. |
