Alt Text Bird’s-eye-view rendering of Eisenhower National Historic Site in Pennsylvania. Building complexes making up two farms are surrounded by rows of trees, grassy fields, and planted fields. Extended Description The Eisenhower Farm is accessed by a shuttle bus from Gettysburg Visitor Center, which enters the map in the lower left corner. The route passes an orchard and a horse shelter before arriving in the Reception Center building, which has restrooms and drinking water, the Barn with restrooms, and an area for handicapped parking. The Secret Service Office is a small building attached to the left end of the much larger barn. Farther into the park are a Guest House, Putting Green, Helicopter Landing Pad, the Eisenhower Home, Tea House, Greenhouses and Garden. A path cuts through a small group of trees that separate this from the cattle barns in Farm 2, to the right. In that second section are the Herdsman’s Home (Park Headquarters), two fenced pastures, a Garage, Maternity Barn, Self Feeder, Barn (burned), Loafing Shed, Breeding and Tool Shed, Corn Crib, two Bull Pens, and the Show Barn, which has restrooms and drinking water available April to October. Legend A compass at the bottom of the map shows north pointing down and to the left at about seven o’clock. Text next to the compass reads, “Scale varies in this perspective view. Background features appear smaller than similar features in the foreground.” Finally, two symbols represent Restrooms and Drinking water.
