Extended Description

The Chihuahuan Desert begins in southern New Mexico and also extends into parts of southeast Arizona and western Texas. White Sands National Park also sits within the desert and is denoted by a black dot in southern New Mexico. In Mexico, the town of Cuatrociengas is denoted by a black dot.
