Alt Text Floor Plan of Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site in Colorado. The diagram is a bird’s eye view of a rectangular network of rooms, most of which contain a number between 1 and 12. Extended Description The rooms create a rectangle around an open space, which has a gate in the middle of the wall at the bottom of the diagram. Starting from the gate and moving clockwise are room number 2, the Exhibit Room, and Audiovisual Room. Moving up the left, long side are rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The first three rooms on the top, short side are unnumbered, and the last two are labeled 6. Room 7 is the only room numbered on the right, long side, to the right, and one room is numbered, 8, to the right of the gate. Four numbers in black circles point to spaces in the structure with leaderlines. Number 13 is at the top left of room 5; number 10 points to the corner room in the bottom right; number 11 is farther up; and 12 is on the far side of Restrooms beyond the two rooms numbered 6. Number 9 is near a Bookstore that stretches across most of the top, short side of the structure, and the Corral beyond spans the width. The wall running up the left long side of the structure has a round space at the front, and the wall angles out as it moves back to the Corral.
