Sunset Blues

Tall rolling hills of sand dunes at the base of rugged mountains spanning the horizon of the image under a barely lit sunset sky.

As the sun sets over the San Andres mountains the white sands dunes turn a shade of blue at the absence of late afternoon light. Light winds lifting sand into the air give this image a soft glow making the mountains and sky warm against the cool tones of the sand dunes.
