Due to insufficient snowfall and unseasonably warm temperatures, all activities on February 1, 2015 for the Mesa Verde Moonlight Ski and Snowshoe event have been canceled. Winter trails will continue to be groomed and maintained for skiing and snowshoeing throughout the winter as conditions permit.

Mesa Verde National Park is open every day on a winter schedule. The Visitor and Research Center, located at the entrance to the park, is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Chapin Mesa Archeological Museum is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; ranger-guided interpretive tours of Spruce Tree House are offered at 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The Mesa Top Loop road is open every day until sunset, weather permitting.

The staff and volunteers at Mesa Verde National Park thank you for your ongoing support. If you need further information, please contact the park at 970-529-4465 or visit https://www.nps.gov/meve/planyourvisit/winter-activities.htm.
