Showbarn Talks

Enjoy a 30-minute chat with a ranger about topics related to the LBJ Ranch. You might learn about the historic Hereford cattle, President Johnson's cowboy image, or his conservation and environmental legacy.
  • Place:
    Showbarn on the LBJ Ranch. Allow at least 20 minutes drive time from the LBJ State Park and Historic Site visitor center where you start your driving tour of the LBJ Ranch.
  • Time: 2:00 pm daily
  • Fee: Free!

Things to Know:

  • Pets are not allowed in the Showbarn, even on a leash. That is for the safety of your pet and the ranch animals.
  • There are no public restrooms available at the barn. Restrooms are available at the LBJ State Park and Historic Site and the Reconstructed Birthplace as you start your drive around the LBJ Ranch.
