Don't have plans for Spring Break? Come out to LBJ National Historical Park! For 9 days, March 9-17, we are offering special programs at the LBJ Ranch for FREE! Rangers will be presenting short programs (15 -25 minutes long) twice each day (1:00 pm and 3:00 pm). You can learn about the Secret Service and "Air Force ½", experience the natural side of the ranch, hear behind-the-scenes stories from the curatorial staff, and much more!

Secret Service at the LBJ Ranch - The US Secret Service was stationed at the LBJ Ranch for almost fifty years. They protected the Johnsons at their home before, during and after Lyndon Johnson's presidency. They remained until Lady Bird's death in 2007. Meet the ranger near the Hanger at the Secret Service Command Post to learn what it was like for the Secret Service at the LBJ Ranch!

Aviation at the LBJ Ranch - Aviation was an essential part of the Texas White House's operations. Visitors were flown in from all over the world as President Johnson ran the country from his home. Join a ranger at the JetStar to fly away on a journey through aviation at the LBJ Ranch!

Nature Walk on the Pedernales River - Appreciate the beauty of the Pedernales River just as the former president and first lady did! Meet Ranger Carol outside the Hangar for a guided walk along the banks of the river. All ages welcome. Bring your cell phone or camera, comfortable shoes, and a desire to further explore the LBJ Ranch!
