Hands-On History gets you weaving, while Wellness on the Walkways takes you out for World Migratory Bird Day. Continue the fun in May with National Kids to Parks Day.- Hands-On History: Saturday, May 12th. Lowell National Historical Park is back for another month of free family fun exploring the Boott Cotton Mills Museum and the Tsongas Industrial History Center. Stop by the Center on the 3rd floor of the Boott Cotton Mills Museum (110 John Street) anytime from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This month’s Hands-On History offers an afternoon of weaving!
- Wellness on the Walkways: Bird Walk for World Migratory Bird Day, Saturday, May 13, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet at the entrance to the Concord River Greenway (15 Davidson Street) for this walk which is for all levels of birding experience. Please bring binoculars and field guides if you have them.
- Your City Saturday Family Programming, Saturday, May 19, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Join us for National Kids to Parks Day. Drop-in fun family programming.
