Beginning August 1, 2009, Little BighornBattlefieldNational Monumentwill close at 8:00 PM. The visitor center will remain open from 8 AMto 7:30 PM. Park trails will be open from 8 AMto 7:30 PM. The tour road to the Reno-Benteen site will close at 7:00 PM.
Ranger talks are provided at the visitor center throughout the day. The park’s orientation film is also shown at the visitor center. One-hour guided bus tours are offered by the park concessioner, Apsaalooke Tours.
Entrance fees are $10.00 per private vehicle or $5.00 per person if hiking or traveling by bicycle. The Interagency (IA) -Americathe Beautiful Annual Pass for $80.00 is available and valid for one year from date of purchase. The IA SeniorPass, a lifetime pass, is available to U.S.senior citizens 62 years of age or older for a one-time charge of $10.00. The IA AccessPassis also available to permanently handicapped U.S.citizens free of charge. For further information, please call (406) 638-3217.
