What: 2018 Civil War Weekend
When: July 21 and 22, 2018
Where: James A. Garfield National Historic Site 8095 Mentor Avenue Mentor, OH 44060
Who: Civil War Reenactors- Union and Confederate Troops, Civilians, Sutlers, Trades and Professions
Why: To commemorate the Civil War and the role James A. Garfield played.


While this event does not include battles, companies are welcome to conduct drills and black powder demonstrations. All weapons will be subject to inspection upon arrival and throughout the weekend- live ammunition is prohibited.

Breakfast will be served both days; food will be sold throughout the weekend.

The Garfield site has restrooms; we will also be renting showers at a local pool for use and overnight, secured camping is permitted.
