Muir Beach Restoration
Volunteers are needed to restore and maintain the tidal lagoon and creek areas at Muir Beach. The future of the endangered Coho salmon, steelhead trout, and California red-legged frog are at stake. Help heal this special watershed and protect endangered species by planting in winter and weeding year-round. Join us for a fun and rewarding day! Drop-in individuals are welcome and group programs are available. Find more details about this program here.
Voices of Muir Beach, A Quest Along Redwood Creek
Make walking from the parking lot to the beach an adventure! This rhyming, humorous activity to discover the secrets of Muir Beach takes just a half hour to do. Solve the riddles and sort out the clues that are often in plain view and find the prize at the end of the Quest.
