The National Park Service and Bureau of Reclamation are collaborating to create brand new exhibits which will be installed later this year. All other services in the visitor center will remain available with minimal interruptions. Glen Canyon Dam tours, visitor information services, public restrooms, films in the auditorium, and the Glen Canyon Natural History Association store will remain open to the extent possible. "We look forward to unveiling new exhibits later this year" said Glen Canyon National Recreation Area Superintendent Billy Shott. "Exhibits will tell the stories of Glen Canyon Natural Recreation Area and the Glen Canyon Dam in a modern and compelling way."
