When Can I Make a Reservation?
Reservations submitted prior to program open dates will not be accepted.
How Do I Reserve?
1. After reading about the education programs, view the availability calendar to check which programs are still available. Every effort is made to continually update this calendar, however there may be times when reservations are not yet reflected.
Because of that, we ask that when you fill out the reservation request form, that you list at least two alternative choices to your ideal date.
2. Once you have viewed the calendar and chosen your top three dates, click on the links to download a Reservation Form and Academic Fee Waiver.

To make a reservation, ALL information on the Reservation Request Form must be completely filled out and submit via fax, mail or email to address on form.

All reservation requests are accepted via fax or mail only on or after the open reservation date and are given on a first come first basis.
The Request Academic Fee Waiver Form does not need to be submitted with your reservations request, HOWEVER it will need be submitted via fax, mail or email, NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your visit to ensure the $3.00 per person fees for ages 16 and over and accompanying adult are waived.
Students 15 and under are always free.
What Happens Next?
Your program will be scheduled upon the receipt of your Reservation Form. A confirmation letter will then be faxed or mailed to you. Please allow one to two weeks to process your request and receipt of confirmation letter. If you do not receive a reply from Fort Vancouver NHS within four weeks, please contact the Education Program Reservation Coordinator at (360) 816-6241.
What if I Need to Change My Reservation?
To reschedule a reservation time or date, please click here and complete the Change of Program Request Form and fax or mail it as soon as possible. You will receive a new confirmation letter once the changes have been made.
