The museum and information center are housed in the restored 1891 Southern Pacific Railroad depot at the corner of Railroad and Prospect Avenues, and the O’Neill Historic Site is a unit of the National Park Service located in the western hills of Danville. Through a collaboration between the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, Town of Danville, and National Park Service, an enhanced visitor experience is being planned for 2018.
