This event and parade will kick off the southern gateway’s commemoration of the Yosemite Grant 150th Anniversary.
Mountain Heritage Days celebrates the history of the southern gateway mountain communities. It starts at the Fresno Flat Historic Village and Park on Friday evening with dinner, vendor booths, activities for kids and a silent auction.
Saturday starts at 10 am with the Mountain Heritage Days Parade featuring Yosemite themed floats from mountain area service clubs & businesses. After the parade you can spend the day visiting vendor craft booths (many of which will have Yosemite Grant 150th commemorative merchandise), eating a variety of foods, bidding on silent auction items, enjoying live entertainment or demonstrations of life years ago. All buildings will be open with docents available.
