Welcome to Homestead National Monument’s Geocache program! The Geocache program is an opportunity for the public to explore using GPS technology while visiting a historic National Park. Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunt using Global Positioning System (GPS) devices. The idea is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, which usually have trinkets placed inside.
